Sinopep proudly announces the official launch of its fourth-generation large-scale peptide production facility—Workshop 601—at its Lianyungang factory. This cutting-edge workshop exemplifies the innovative design principles of sustainability, intelligent automation, and large-scale synthetic peptide production.

Workshop 601 employs advanced intelligent automated control for continuous production, building on the design principles of the third-generation peptide production workshop. It seamlessly integrates modern technologies such as automatic material storage and transfer, AGV feeding, and integrated communication and collaborative operations. These advancements enable highly intelligent production and significantly boosts workshop capacity.

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art solid-phase reaction devices with a total reaction volume of up to 10,000 liters. Combined with large-scale preparative chromatography, freeze atomization concentration devices, and continuous automatic feeding and discharging freeze-drying facilities, it boasts a single product annual production capacity of over 5 tons.

Workshop 601 adopts a human-centered protection design and sustainable green production concept, covering measures such as personnel entry and exit atomization isolation, fully enclosed pipeline transportation of liquid materials, and bag-in-bag-out control of solid materials, achieving full-process active substance closed protection. The synthesis and purification areas have reached the strict OEB4 protection level.
